My work

Built for businesses that had something to prove.

Five projects. Two are new businesses I helped build from the concept stage, and three are rebuilds for established companies whose websites had stopped doing them justice.

Therapy in Motion

Ten service pages for a practice nobody had heard of yet

  • Web Design
  • Local SEO
  • Website Care

The challenge

Therapy in Motion was a brand new practice, so there was nothing to build on. No website, no reputation online, no patients who had heard of it. A new healthcare business has to earn trust immediately, and in-home physical therapy raises questions before it earns bookings. People want to know how treatment at home is delivered, whether their condition is treated, whether their insurance is accepted, and whether the practice even covers their town.

What I built

The whole practice was built online from the concept stage — the messaging, the visual direction, the page structure, and the path a patient follows from first visit to booked appointment. Each treatment and condition got its own page, so someone searching their exact situation lands on an answer. Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden and Rathdrum each got a page, the insurance plans are listed by name where patients look first, and scheduling sits in the header of every page.

  • Ten service pages, from post-surgical rehab to dry needling
  • Service-area pages for Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden and Rathdrum
  • Ten insurance plans listed by name, so coverage is answered before the call
  • The Google rating and the Coeur d'Alene Press feature surfaced on the homepage

Swhift Stainless Fabrication

A full rebuild for a fabricator with 46 years behind it

  • Web Design
  • Local SEO

The challenge

Swhift had 46 years of fabrication experience and eleven product lines, all crammed onto a small brochure site competing for attention on a single page. There was no real way to request a quote. Several industry pages were hidden from search engines entirely. The site badly undersold what the shop could do, and buyers who arrived interested kept hitting dead ends before they ever reached someone who could help them.

What I built

The rebuild follows how technical buyers actually shop. Each product and each industry got its own page, so a buyer lands where their question is already answered. The specifications went up front — materials, pressure ratings and warranty terms — and a tank volume calculator lets someone size a job themselves. Requesting a quote is a clear path from there.

  • Eleven product lines, each with a page of its own
  • Six industry pages spanning brewing, healthcare, wastewater and oil and gas
  • Materials, pressure ratings and warranty terms published up front
  • An on-site tank volume calculator and a clear request-a-quote path

Everclean Cleaning Company

Twenty-plus years of owner-operated work, put back on the page

  • Web Design
  • Local SEO

The challenge

Everclean's old site made an established business look neglected. It carried inconsistent business names and contact details, which is confusing for customers and damaging in local search. Individual services were buried where nobody would find them. Years of happy customers were nearly invisible, with almost no reviews on the page. There was no straightforward way to request an estimate, and no service or location had a fair shot at showing up locally.

What I built

Darrin is the reason people call, so the site leads with him: over 20 years of experience, owner operated. Every service got its own page, and so did each area across North Idaho and Spokane. The business information was corrected everywhere it appeared, real before and after photos from his own jobs replaced the stock images, reviews moved up the page, and requesting an estimate became simple.

  • Nine service pages, including RV, marine and auto interior cleaning
  • Eight service-area pages spanning North Idaho and the Spokane area
  • Business name and contact details corrected and made consistent
  • Real before-and-after photography from Everclean's own jobs, not stock

Triple 5 Construction

A rebuild that puts every claim on the record

  • Web Design
  • Local SEO
Visit the siteTemporary address

The challenge

Triple 5's site undersold a licensed, bonded and insured contractor. The page title read "Triple 3 Construction", the social share metadata still identified the site as "Epoxy Experts" from a previous build, and the testimonials section carried three blocks of Lorem Ipsum placeholder text attributed to named people and labelled "Google Review". Two services carried the whole business, so roof replacement and roof repair — the work most people actually search for — had nowhere to land. Nothing on the page let a homeowner verify a single trust claim.

What I built

A homeowner checks a short list of things before letting a contractor onto their roof, and the rebuild is organized around that list. Licensing, bond and liability cover are stated with the carrier and the amount, not just the word "insured". The independent contractor-database ranking is published with the sample size behind it, so the figure can be checked. Five services each got their own page, seven service areas got theirs, and the estimate request moved to the top of every page with a project-type selector, so an inquiry arrives already qualified.

  • Five service pages — replacement, repair, metal roofing, metal siding, commercial
  • Seven service-area pages across eastern Washington and North Idaho
  • Licensing, bond and liability cover published with carrier and amount
  • Three blocks of placeholder testimonial text removed, not rewritten

Manna Fest Consulting

Four named services and a five-page site, from the concept stage

  • Web Design

The challenge

Manna Fest started as an idea rather than a business with a website to fix. Angela knew the work she wanted to do, but recruiting, team development, workplace culture, and operational workflow are easy to describe in ways that sound corporate and say nothing. A small business owner needed to understand what she offers within seconds. The faith-inspired foundation also needed to come through honestly, welcoming people in rather than closing the door on anyone.

What I built

The work covered the business as much as the website: the positioning, the visual direction, the messaging, the structure, and the values. Broad consulting became four named services an owner can picture — recruiting and hiring, team development and culture, operational workflow, and fractional operations — and a four-step path runs from the first consultation through to ongoing support, so nothing sits open ended. The Deuteronomy passage behind the Manna Fest name is told plainly on the page.

  • Five pages — home, about, services, resources and contact
  • Four named services, from recruiting and hiring to fractional operations
  • A four-step path from first consultation through to ongoing support
  • The Deuteronomy 8:18 passage behind the name told on the page
