What I do with your information

Who this is

Flourish Now Digital is a one-person studio run by Spencer Smith, based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. There is no team, no agency, and no third party handling your enquiry — messages come to me and I answer them myself. What the forms collect

There are exactly two forms on this site, and they are the only places I collect anything about you.

• The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name, and your message. There is also an optional dropdown for what you’re interested in.
• The free audit form asks for your name, email address, and your website address. A phone number is optional and marked as such.
• Both forms include one hidden field that a person never sees. It exists to catch automated spam — if it comes back filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent to me.

What I use it for

Only to reply to you, and to do the thing you asked for — answer your question, write the audit you requested, or talk through a project.

That is the whole list. Your details do not go on a mailing list. There is no newsletter, no drip campaign, and no automated follow-up sequence. If you never hear from me again after we finish talking, that is because I only email people who are expecting it.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys it, because I don’t sell it. I don’t share, rent, or trade what you send me with advertisers, data brokers, or other businesses.

Two companies do handle it in passing, purely as plumbing, and it would be dishonest not to name them:

• Resend, the service that delivers form submissions to my inbox as an email. It carries the message; it isn’t using it for anything else.
• My web host, which runs the site and — as every web host does — keeps standard server access logs. Those record things like IP addresses and which pages were requested. I don’t use those logs for marketing and I don’t combine them with anything you type into a form.

Where it ends up, and for how long

This site has no database and no CRM. Nothing you submit is stored on the website itself — it is turned straight into an email and sent to my inbox, and that email is the only copy.

I keep enquiries while a conversation is live and for a reasonable stretch afterwards, in case you come back. I am not trying to build an archive, and anything you ask me to delete gets deleted.

Analytics, tracking, and cookies

There aren’t any. This site has no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. It sets no cookies, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner here.

The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so simply reading a page doesn’t hand your visit to anyone else. If I ever add analytics, this section will say so before it goes live — not afterwards.

Having your information deleted

Email bloom@flourishnowdigital.com and ask. You don’t need a reason, a form, or a particular wording — “please delete my details” is enough. I’ll delete the message and my replies to it, and confirm when it’s done, normally within one business day.

You can also ask what I have on file, or ask me to correct something, at the same address.

Children

This is a site for business owners. It isn’t aimed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

If this page changes

The date at the top is the last time it was updated. If I add something that changes what happens to your information — analytics, a booking tool, anything that involves another company — I’ll update this page when the change ships rather than quietly leaving it stale.
