Ask a questionMost of our small business sites land between the Seedling and Bloom range on our pricing page. The honest answer is that it depends on how many pages you need and how much writing help you want — but you'll get one flat number in writing before anything starts, and it won't change unless you ask for something new.
Most sites take three to five weeks from our first call to launch day. The part that usually slows things down isn't the building — it's gathering photos and content. We'll help you with that, and we'll never leave you guessing about where things stand.
Not even slightly. Most of our clients run their business, not a computer. We handle the technical parts, explain the rest in normal words, and never make you feel behind for asking a question. If we ever use a term that doesn't mean anything to you, stop us — that's on us, not you.
Yes. Before launch we walk you through your own site and record it so you can go back to it later. Change your hours, swap a photo, add a service — that's yours. Anything bigger, we're an email away.
No. Website builds are a one-time project. Care plans and ongoing SEO are month-to-month — if we're not earning it, you should be able to leave, and you can. We'd rather keep clients because it's working than because they're stuck.
